16 Mar

Thoughts of you are
warm sun rays through
wintry windows

I touch the glass
and my fingers flinch
at the cold pane.

There is a whole story behind this–you’ve encapsulated a relationship in few words. Bravo.

In the cold winter we must find our warmth where we can. You said so much with so few words, and an excellent take on the prompt.

I admire your ability to condense a story! Illusions of love…can be a simple matter of hot vs. cold.
